At LStein Designs we make hand-made jewelry using semi-precious stones and glass. Our jewelry line includes bracelets, ankle-bracelets, earrings necklaces and wine charms. Each piece of jewelry is uniquely made. This means that when you order an item, we will provide a unique piece which will include the semi-precious stones depicted and overall color match to the sample depicted on this site, however, the individual piece is not likely to be an exact match since no two pieces can be guaranteed to be identical.

If you wish to exchange your jewelry item, you can do so for a minimal handling fee which includes shipping charges and insurance. You must insure and provide tracking on your returned item to ensure proper credit/exchange. If you choose to use the United States Postal Service Delivery Confirmation be advised this confirmation isn't 100% effective. Be sure to insure and track your return as we can not be responsible for items returned we do not receive.

If you wish to return an item which is undamaged there is a restocking fee of 25% re-stocking fee exclusive of the shipping charges which unfortunately are never credited. Be sure to insure and track your return as we can not be responsible for items returned we do not receive.

We guarantee our jewelry to be free from defects in workmanship. Any defective piece of jewelry will be repaired or exchanged at our option, free of charge.

We want you to enjoy your jewelry item for a lifetime, therefore, if you break or damage your jewelry, we will restore it to near original condition (since each item is one of a kind an exact match may not be possible) for a fee of 25% plus shipping and handling charge based upon the current non-discounted purchase price. For example, a standard necklace which is damaged will be repaired for a charge of 25% of $75.00 plus $7.50 shipping and handling or $26.25. Be sure to insure and track your return as we can not be responsible for items returned we do not receive.

Our bracelets are approximately seven inches in length. Necklaces vary from as little as sixteen inch chockers to up to twenty inches. If you require a longer or shorter bracelet or necklace, please order a custom piece which is available for 25% additional.
